Are you the responsible rebel we are looking for?

Take risks. If you win you'll be happy. If you lose, you'll be wiser.

Hunt & Hackett helps European companies prevent, detect and respond to today’s most advanced adversaries, safeguarding them against cyberthreats and espionage. We don’t stir a bit into security strategies; our talented team of responsible rebels shakes them up to build, operate and maintain digital immune systems for our customers to outsmart their digital adversaries.

To extend our multidisciplinary team, we are now hiring a medior Project Management Officer for 32 hours a week. Do you live for keeping the chaos in check while juggling timelines, stakeholders, and tasks with ninja-like precision? Can you charm clients, wrangle teams, and still have time to spot the small details that others miss? Does steering projects from start to finish get your adrenaline pumping? Do you belong to the most talented group of project management officers – or is this where you plan to be? Then Hunt & Hackett might be the best next step in your career.

Project Management Officer at Hunt & Hackett

As a Project Management Officer at Hunt & Hackett, you're the cornerstone of our project operations, making sure every piece of the puzzle fits perfectly together. You’re not just someone who handles the day-to-day. You're the person who ensures that every project runs smoothly from start to finish, empowering our team to outsmart adversaries with efficiency and precision.

Your days are spent maintaining a detailed overview of all our ongoing projects, staying one step ahead by tracking their progress, upcoming deadlines, risks, and the next steps. You thrive on ensuring nothing slips through the cracks and enjoy the challenge of keeping multiple balls in the air.

You’re also the mastermind behind preparing, organizing, and distributing project documentation to clients. Whether it's a kick-off meeting, a workshop, or a regular service meeting, you're the one making sure everything runs without a hitch. Your administrative skills are top-notch, allowing you to handle project-related tasks with ease, and you’re the go-to person for procurement, making sure the right technology licenses are secured just in time for execution.

You take pride in developing and maintaining dashboards that give senior management up-to-the-minute insights into how projects are performing. But you’re not just about the data—you ensure effective communication and collaboration between all relevant stakeholders and teams, turning potential chaos into well-oiled precision.

Your attention to detail is legendary, and you don't just keep the trains running on time—you make sure they run smoothly, efficiently, and always on track. When people need answers or support, you're the person they turn to, confident in your ability to help them navigate through any project-related challenge.

If you see project management as an art form, where no detail is too small and every piece of communication can make or break a project, then we’d love to have you on our team.

To sum it all up, your main tasks include the following:

  • Maintaining an updated overview of all ongoing projects, including their status, deadlines, risks, and next steps
  • Preparing, organizing, and distributing project documentation to clients
  • Handling project administrative tasks
  • Managing and coordinating the procurement of technology licenses required for project execution
  • Planning meetings with customers (i.e. kick-offs, workshops, service meetings)
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards, ensuring up-to-date and accurate reporting for senior management
  • Ensuring effective communication and collaboration between relevant stakeholders and teams
  • Become the go-to person for support and project-related questions

A culture of ‘responsible rebellion’

Only (very) talented, multidisciplinary teams of threat hunters, intelligence analysts, reverse engineers, data scientists, developers and hackers are able to outsmart the increasingly professional community of cyber attackers. We pride ourselves as a force for the good and as such we think and act as responsible rebels. We are not ‘just another security company’, and our people are not ‘just employees’. Everyone at Hunt & Hackett wants to be the best in their field and focuses at delivering next-gen levels of service. This means that we:

  • Push the envelope. Everyone on our teams takes the responsibility to make our work better every day, by being creative and coloring outside the lines if needed.
  • Help you to become the best version of yourself. We bring together the best minds in the field, to inspire each other and to learn from each other. Personal development and growth are important to us and our customers.
  • Build mission driven teams. We believe in the power of small teams who can focus on strategic tasks, not on repetitive work that can be automated. It’s up to you to make this happen.
  • Believe that God is in the details. Tiny details can have a huge impact, especially in security. This is why we champion tradecraft. We are system thinkers that oversee the big picture but who are simultaneously obsessive about the details.
  • Are Responsible Rebels. We are polite. We are courteous. We show professionalism.
